Mr. Holt was named one of the Collision Industries 25 most influential leaders of the 20th Century and is a Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year. He is Founder of CARSTAR. He worked his way through high school and college as a technician and is grateful for mentors and instructors.

Samer has been instrumental in the development of Mentor Mentee since its inception. A lifelong car enthusiast, he can often be found tinkering with his latest project or at an event, indulging his passion for cars. His hands-on experience has fueled his love for mentoring, as he has seen firsthand how it positively impacts both individuals and organizations. As our Chief Operating Officer, Samer ensures the smooth operation of the platform and plays a key role in its continued success.
