Founder and CEO

Lirel is Founder and Chair of Mentor Mentee, a technical mentoring and human development company. He is a founding mentor and past president of the nationally recognized Helzberg Entrepreneurial Mentoring Program and has 25 years’ experience as both a business and technical mentor and instructor.
Mr. Holt was named one of the Collision Industries 25 most influential leaders of the 20th Century and is a Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year. He is Founder of CARSTAR. He worked his way through high school and college as a technician and is grateful for mentors and instructors.

Samer Damer

COO

Samer has been instrumental in the development of Mentor Mentee since its inception. A lifelong car enthusiast, he can often be found tinkering with his latest project or at an event, indulging his passion for cars. His hands-on experience has fueled his love for mentoring, as he has seen firsthand how it positively impacts both individuals and organizations. As our Chief Operating Officer, Samer ensures the smooth operation of the platform and plays a key role in its continued success. His expertise, dedication, and love for the industry are essential to our team.

Marc is the Business Development Manager at Mentor Mentee, where he is committed to helping businesses in the skilled trades through technical mentoring. As a product of mentoring himself, Marc understands firsthand the value that it can bring to individuals and organizations. With his experience and expertise, he is focused on providing businesses in the skilled trades with the tools they need to succeed. Marc is passionate about empowering people to reach their full potential, and his work at Mentor Mentee is a reflection of that commitment.

Anjelika’s dedication to the automotive industry runs deep, shaped by her early exposure to family businesses and hands-on experience. A graduate of the University of Kansas, she blends her industry knowledge with a forward-thinking approach as Mentor Mentee’s Marketing Manager. In her role, Anjelika develops strategies that elevate our mentoring management system while staying committed to the future of the automotive industry.
