AI-Powered Insights at a Glance
A new Team Snapshot at the top of the Manager dashboard automatically surfaces key information about mentee progress, review activity, and areas that may need attention.
Users can also open the new Ask function to get answers about their team on demand. Suggested questions provide a starting point, or users can ask their own questions based on the information already within Mentor Mentee.
That could mean quickly seeing which mentees have the most reps waiting for review, whether mentors are actively engaged, or who is closest to completing a pathway or certification.
Instead of searching for the right data point, managers can get the context they need faster.
See Team Progress in One View
Two new visual charts on the Manager dashboard give leaders a clearer picture of team performance.
Pathway Progress shows every mentee assigned to the manager’s team, including their percentage of pathway completion and how much remains. Color-coded progress makes it easy to quickly see where each mentee stands and click into an individual profile when more detail is needed.
Mentor Review Status compares reviewed and pending reps for each mentor, giving managers visibility into review workload and follow-through.
